My new machine
« on: July 16, 2014, 12:24:46 AM »
Procesor: AMD X8 FX 8320, AM3+

Cooler: LC CC 95

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970, Sata3, USB3.0, Sck.AM3+

RAM: 8Gb DDR3 1600MHz

GPU: MSI Radeon R9 280x 3Gb DDR5

Harddisk: 1000Gb 7.200 o/min Sata

PWU: Fortron Raider S 650W, 80+

Housing: Zalman Z3+

OS: Windows 8.1

I felt like a virgin unboxing it. Windows 8.1 so far is a very pleasent experience.

Thoughts?

Very good specs. Congratulations, man!
I would have got a nvidia gpu. Because it's better on Linux.

Why did you go with AMD instead of Intel? I understand the i7 4k series runs much faster and cooler than the AMD.

Cost/benefit maybe. I agree Intel is currently better.

Now I regret for telling you anything. Thanks for ruining it for me. :P

Sorry Dude! Your specs are better than mine currently. I am planning on upgrading this year but will be getting an i7.  ;D

I upgrade every decade or so. So be more sensitive, people. :P
